Sam took a fantastic bronze medal as part of the British Mixed Relay team at the most recent Paris Olympics. Sam is also a Commonwealth Gold medallist, multiple winner of ITU and ETU cup races. Sam made a move to long distance after the Olympics taking his first win over the 70.3 distance in Italy. Sam targets a podium at the European and World Ironman 70.3 Championships in 2025.
